Investment Structure

This investment covers the complete consulting engagement, including four collaborative workshop sessions, comprehensive market and opportunity research, development of your strategic growth roadmap with phased milestones, a detailed reference document summarizing frameworks and recommendations, and a follow-up consultation six weeks after completion.

The fee also includes between-session communication via email for any clarifying questions, coordination with relevant team members who should be involved in specific sessions, and unlimited revisions to the final roadmap document until you're satisfied it reflects our work together accurately.

Payment can be structured as 50% at the start of the engagement and 50% upon delivery of the final roadmap document, or as a single payment upfront based on your preference.
